Advising family firms is an activity generated on the interface between the owners of the firm, the members of the family and the management of the firm. The focus must rest on the family’s interest in maintaining the firm.

This aim is achieved by close collaboration between the firm’s management, the consultants and the family. It is precisely in companies which have grown over generations that it is important to harmonise the different interest of the family members with those of the firm.
